As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global partners to develop roadmaps for AI integration, quantum computing adoption, and sustainable tech ecosystems. You'll pioneer frameworks for ethical technology deployment and shape our competitive advantage in the rapidly evolving digital economy.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for 2026 technology landscape across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and sustainable energy sectors
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligning with business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into development lifecycles
- Establish KPIs for technology adoption readiness and innovation ROI tracking
- Present futuristic insights to stakeholders through compelling executive briefings and scenario planning workshops
- Build and manage an external network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Champion ethical technology governance frameworks for 2026 deployment
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, Web3)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Track record of launching at least two major technological transformation initiatives
- Deep understanding of ethical technology governance frameworks
- Experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
