Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year technology adoption roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with transformative potential by 2026
- Design ethical frameworks for AI deployment and quantum computing implementation
- Present strategic insights at Davos-style summits and industry white papers
- Partner with product teams to prototype next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological impact on sustainability and social equity
- Mentor junior futurists in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, ACM) on AI ethics or quantum computing
- Proven track record advising Fortune 500 companies on digital transformation
- Deep expertise in blockchain, neuromorphic computing, and carbon-negative tech
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Strong public speaking skills with TED-level presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of futuristic technologies
