- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with 2026 business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Design and prototype experimental systems using cutting-edge frameworks (Web4.0, decentralized networks, neural interfaces)
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to incubate next-gen solutions
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption curves and market disruption scenarios
- Present strategic technology briefings to investors, board members, and industry thought leaders
- Mentor cross-functional teams in future-proofing methodologies and adaptive innovation practices
Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism with 10+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies with measurable market impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, technology forecasting, and innovation lifecycle management
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends: AGI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neurotech
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers
- Experience leading global R&D teams with budgets exceeding $50M
