Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing applications and AI integration
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neurotech, biocomputing, climate AI) and assess commercial viability
- Collaborate with policy teams to shape regulatory frameworks for 2026 technology standards
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Mentor junior innovators in ethical technology development and future-proofing methodologies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and global tech consortia
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in scaling quantum computing or neural interface projects
- Deep expertise in predictive modeling for technological adoption curves
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals (2018-2023)
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding for emerging technologies
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit)
- Strong understanding of UN SDGs and sustainable technology frameworks
