Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism with 8+ years applied research
- Published work in Nature/Science on quantum computing or AI ethics
- Proven track record scaling tech innovations from lab to market ($50M+ impact)
- Expertise in ISO 20700 technology foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of semiconductor physics and neuromorphic architectures
- Security clearance eligibility for defense-contract collaborations
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ patented systems with commercial viability
