- Develop and implement long-term technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum, AI ethics, Web3) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead innovation sprints for next-gen products with 18-24 month development horizons
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present visionary briefings to investors and board members quarterly
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
- Author annual 'Technology Horizons' industry report
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 3+ years in futurism or trend analysis
- Proven track record launching products with 5+ year market impact
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, neuromorphic, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in reputable tech journals
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and predictive modeling
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams
