- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology investments with long-term market disruption
- Establish ethical frameworks for next-gen AI and autonomous systems deployment
- Represent company at global tech summits and publish thought leadership in IEEE/Nature journals
- Mentor next-generation technologists through our 2026 Innovation Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 10+ years in strategic technology roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Deep expertise in tech forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning, horizon scanning)
- Experience building ethical AI governance frameworks at enterprise scale
- Published research in top-tier journals or conference proceedings
- Strong network within DARPA, IEEE, or global tech innovation councils
