You'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research partners, and government agencies to create actionable roadmaps that position InnovateFuture Labs as the architect of tomorrow's technological landscape.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology foresight frameworks through trend analysis and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for autonomous systems and human-machine augmentation
- Establish strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and global R&D centers
- Present future technology roadmaps to investors and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Design ethical governance frameworks for emerging technologies including AI ethics and quantum security protocols
- Monitor geopolitical shifts in tech policy and their implications for innovation ecosystems
- Drive internal culture of future-readiness through workshops and thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Futurology, Systems Engineering, or related technical field
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with demonstrable impact on future-focused initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology, and neurotech
- Proven experience developing technology roadmaps with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business narratives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation (IEEE, MIT Tech Review, etc.)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies: Delphi, horizon scanning, and scenario planning
