Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Published research in AI ethics, quantum applications, or neurotechnology
- Proven track record of scaling innovative projects from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and AI
- Fluency in futures methodologies (Delphi, horizon scanning, etc.)
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating successful technology ecosystem transformations
