Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting emerging tech adoption curves
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI ethics, quantum algorithms, or neurotech
- Experience scaling R&D teams across international markets
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals
