Responsibilities
- Architect and validate 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum AI, biocomputing, and neural interfaces
- Lead cross-disciplinary 'Future Labs' with MIT, Caltech, and NASA JPL partners
- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough technologies with 2026 commercialization targets
- Advise C-suite on emerging tech risks/rewards in regulatory and ethical landscapes
- Present strategic vision at Davos, CES, and World Economic Forum summits
- Mentor a team of 15+ PhD researchers and innovation specialists
- Secure $50M+ in government/private grants for frontier technology initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 10+ years in emerging tech
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum systems or neural networks
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies (3+ products)
- Deep expertise in AI ethics, regulatory frameworks, and global tech policy
- Exceptional ability to translate complex concepts for executive and public audiences
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) or venture capital >$100M
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or C++)
