Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, AR/VR integration) and assess their commercial viability by 2026
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps aligning with organizational goals and market evolution
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify innovation opportunities and overcome adoption barriers
- Present futuristic insights to C-suite executives and board members through compelling data-driven narratives
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions targeting 2026 market readiness
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory shifts affecting future technology deployment
- Build thought leadership through industry publications and conference speaking engagements
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term tech roadmaps (5+ year horizons)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, biotech, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Technology Management, Engineering, or Business preferred
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFSP) highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Experience leading cross-continental innovation teams and managing global tech ecosystems
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or major industry platforms
