Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, Web3, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market dominance
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 5-year business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to integrate future technologies into current product pipelines
- Present disruptive innovation scenarios to executive stakeholders with ROI projections
- Monitor global R&D landscapes and competitive patent landscapes
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption readiness and market disruption thresholds
- Author thought leadership publications on the future of human-machine collaboration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of implementing future-focused strategies with measurable impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Futures Studies, or Business with tech specialization
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption or innovation strategy
- Proficiency in scenario planning frameworks and technology forecasting methodologies
