Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology trends to develop 2026 strategic innovation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI and quantum systems
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Develop patent portfolios for emerging technologies in quantum computing
- Create ethical frameworks for biotechnology integration in consumer products
- Present future-vision frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor R&D teams in speculative design methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field with 5+ years R&D leadership
- Published research in quantum computing, AI ethics, or biotechnology
- Proven track record of launching 3+ commercialized technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting frameworks
- Strong network connections with DARPA, NSF, or equivalent institutions
- Experience with patent strategy and intellectual property monetization
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, R, C++)
- Public speaking experience at major tech conferences (TED, Web Summit)
