Responsibilities

- Secure $5M+ annual R&D grants through DARPA/NASA partnerships
- Present strategic technology forecasts to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Pioneer patent-protected innovations in neuromorphic computing
- Guide ethical AI framework development for 2026 regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in R&D leadership at FAANG or equivalent tech pioneer
- Published research in Nature/Science on AI or quantum computing (post-2020)
- Proven track record of launching technologies with 10+ year market impact
- Expertise in federated learning and zero-knowledge architectures
- Active membership in IEEE Future Directions Committee or similar
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation frameworks
- Security clearance eligibility (preferred for government contracts)
