Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology foresight strategy for 2026+ across AI, biotech, and clean energy sectors
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and business strategists
- Produce annual technology impact reports for C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish global partnerships with research institutions and emerging tech startups
- Design and facilitate scenario-planning workshops for C-level executives
- Manage a $5M+ innovation portfolio with measurable ROI metrics
- Mentor a team of 12+ futurists and technology analysts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 8+ years of experience in emerging tech
- Proven track record of scaling technology from concept to commercial deployment
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI development, climate tech, or neurotechnology
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in IEEE, Nature, or equivalent peer-reviewed journals
- Experience managing innovation budgets exceeding $3M annually
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-tech commercialization
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
