Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps focusing on AI ethics, quantum adoption, and carbon-neutral infrastructure
- Lead scenario-planning initiatives for disruptive tech convergence (neurotech + metaverse + quantum)
- Partner with VCs and startups to identify and integrate emerging technologies
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for ethical AI governance and quantum security protocols
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite and board members with data-driven impact projections
- Establish innovation labs for prototyping 2026-ready solutions with academic institutions
- Drive sustainability initiatives aligning tech operations with 2030 net-zero targets
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in futurism or emerging tech roles
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Systems Thinking, or Futures Studies
- Published research on quantum computing or AI ethics (IEEE/Nature preferred)
- Proven track record of scaling tech products to $100M+ ARR
- Deep expertise in regulatory frameworks for emerging technologies (GDPR, CDSA)
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (STEEP analysis, Delphi method)
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ continents
- Portfolio of 2020-2025 tech predictions with >80% accuracy
