Responsibilities
- Lead strategic foresight initiatives to identify and analyze emerging technologies with 2026+ impact
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with company vision and market opportunities
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to position company at innovation forefront
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Mentor cross-functional teams in technology adoption and implementation
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory changes affecting future landscapes
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology assessment and commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Certification in futures thinking or technology forecasting (e.g., CFTe) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating strategic technology initiatives with measurable impact
