- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-computer interfaces
- Establish ethical governance frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Partner with global R&D labs to pioneer carbon-negative computing architectures
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders quarterly
- Mentor senior engineers in future-proofing legacy systems for 2026 scalability
- Secure $5M+ in innovation grants for forward-looking research initiatives
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Deep expertise in ISO 26000 and IEEE ethics standards for autonomous systems
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on future technology impacts
- Experience leading $10M+ R&D budgets with measurable ROI
- Fluency in at least three programming languages (Python, Rust, C++)
