Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to identify disruptive trends impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating next-gen technologies into core operations and product portfolios
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to co-develop 2026-ready capabilities
- Design and implement foresight methodologies to anticipate market shifts and competitive threats
- Mentor innovation teams on future-proofing technologies and agile transformation strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of identifying and commercializing emerging technologies (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or sustainable tech
- Certification in Foresight Methodology or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience presenting to C-level executives and influencing high-stakes decisions

- Proficiency in futures research tools (e.g., horizon scanning, scenario planning)
