Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for 2026+ technologies including quantum-resistant cryptography, neuro-interfaces, and climate-positive AI
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for healthcare, energy, and urban mobility sectors
- Analyze global tech trends and geopolitical shifts to identify emerging opportunities and risks
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and human-machine augmentation
- Present findings to C-suite executives, venture capitalists, and government innovation boards
- Mentor emerging technologists through our Future Leaders incubator program
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism with 7+ years in tech innovation
- Proven track record developing commercial applications for emerging technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech)
- Deep understanding of ethical AI, sustainable tech, and human-centric design principles
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
