Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive 2026 technology vision roadmap with measurable milestones
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Architect cross-functional innovation labs bridging AI, quantum, and biological computing
- Present strategic technology forecasts to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Manage $50M+ innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI analysis and risk mitigation
- Coordinate with global R&D centers to align technology adoption strategies
- Establish industry partnerships for quantum-AI-bio convergence research
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering with 10+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps with successful execution
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI development
- Published research in Nature/Science or equivalent tier-1 publications
- Experience securing federal grants for emerging tech (DARPA, NSF, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
