Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for 2026+ tech trends (quantum AI, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Develop predictive models for technology adoption and market disruption
- Architect strategic roadmaps for emerging tech integration across industries
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof systems and solutions
- Present foresight briefings to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build an innovation ecosystem through academic and industry partnerships
- Translate complex future scenarios into product development pipelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in tech strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, bioengineering)
- Proven track record of developing long-term technology roadmaps
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Experience with predictive analytics and trend forecasting tools
