Responsibilities
- Architect 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with emerging trends in AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Lead cross-functional R&D teams to prototype breakthrough solutions for 2026 market readiness
- Establish strategic partnerships with global research institutions and industry pioneers
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and emerging market opportunities
- Develop intellectual property portfolios securing QuantumLeap's competitive advantage
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization (AI/quantum/biotech focus)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within global research communities (IEEE, ACM, etc.)
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with executive audiences
- Published research or patents in forward-looking technology domains
- Experience building and scaling innovation labs in tech environments
