- Design and execute R&D roadmaps prioritizing investments in next-gen innovation labs
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proof technologies into core offerings
- Present visionary frameworks to investors and board members through compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers, patents, and industry conference keynotes
- Mentor internal teams on future-proofing methodologies and adaptive innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning with 3+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, scenario planning)
- Exceptional data visualization skills with experience translating complex trends into executive insights
- Strong network in Silicon Valley innovation ecosystems and tech venture capital
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed tech journals or industry publications
- Experience scaling R&D teams in high-growth tech environments
