Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurology

- Proven track record launching at least two 5-year tech horizons
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neural architecture search, or synthetic biology
