Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap aligned with global market trends and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions in AI, quantum computing, and Web3 infrastructure
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs to accelerate innovation cycles
- Present technology vision to C-suite executives and external stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Monitor emerging technologies and geopolitical shifts to identify disruptive opportunities and risks
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and AI governance protocols
- Manage $15M+ innovation budget with rigorous ROI analysis for experimental technologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 10+ years in tech strategy
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough technologies with enterprise impact
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, and distributed systems architectures
- Experience working with Fortune 500 CTOs and government technology advisory boards
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, IEEE) or equivalent industry recognition
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to model complex technological ecosystems
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust, or Q# preferred)
