Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps for 2026 digital transformation initiatives
- Lead cross-functional R&D projects exploring quantum computing applications and synthetic biology integration
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, quantum AI, decentralized networks) for competitive advantage
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology strategy with market expansion goals
- Present disruptive innovation frameworks to global stakeholders and venture capital partners
- Manage $10M+ R&D budget for prototype development and patent portfolios
- Mentor next-gen engineers through our Future Tech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (3+ successful launches)
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, or synthetic biology APIs
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or equivalent peer-reviewed publications
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strategic advisory experience with Fortune 500 technology roadmaps
- Portfolio showcasing patented innovations or award-winning tech solutions
- Fluency in Mandarin or Japanese for APAC market expansion
