Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps for 2026-2030, aligning with global market trends and business objectives
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence to identify disruptive opportunities
- Design and validate prototype systems for next-gen human-computer interfaces and immersive technologies
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready solutions into current development pipelines
- Present visionary concepts to investors, board members, and industry stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists and build a world-class innovation ecosystem
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption and develop mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of launching at least two industry-disrupting technologies
- Deep expertise in emerging tech stacks (quantum computing, AGI, nanotech)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Published thought leadership in top-tier tech publications (e.g., Nature, IEEE Spectrum)
- Experience securing $50M+ in innovation funding
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, or Arabic for global collaboration
