Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing, biometric interfaces, and decentralized AI systems
- Lead cross-disciplinary innovation sprints with MIT Media Lab, NASA JPL, and ETH Zurich researchers
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for human-AI symbiosis and ethical algorithm governance
- Present strategic foresight to C-suite executives and board members quarterly
- Manage $15M R&D budget allocation for emerging technology incubation
- Establish industry-wide standards for 2026 technology adoption protocols
- Mentor a global team of 12 futurists and technology ethicists
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Cognitive Neuroscience with 10+ years applied research
- Published work in Nature, Science, or IEEE on emerging technology paradigms
- Proven track record of launching at least three category-defining tech products
- Deep expertise in quantum machine learning and neuromorphic computing
- Experience securing $10M+ in government innovation grants (DARPA, NSF, EU Horizon)
- Fluency in 3+ programming languages (Python, Rust, Q#) and quantum circuit design
- Keynote speaker at TED, Web Summit, or CES in the last 3 years
