- Establish partnerships with DARPA, EU Horizon, and APAC innovation hubs for global tech alignment
- Develop ethical AI governance frameworks for 2026's regulatory landscape
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite executives and venture capital consortiums

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Systems Engineering with 10+ years in R&D leadership
- Proven track record delivering commercialized AI/quantum systems with >100M user impact
