Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 innovation horizons
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, neural interfaces, and decentralized networks
- Architect sustainable tech ecosystems with zero-carbon infrastructure principles
- Facilitate workshops on emerging tech ethics and societal impact
- Partner with C-suite to align technology strategy with business transformation goals
- Mentor cross-functional teams in adaptive innovation methodologies
- Present strategic briefings to investors and industry consortiums
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or scale-up environments
- Published research in quantum computing, AI ethics, or climate tech innovation
- Proven track record of leading breakthrough tech initiatives from concept to launch
- Deep expertise in emerging tech forecasting methodologies
- Certification in Future Studies or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience securing $5M+ R&D budgets for experimental projects
