Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market predictions and emerging innovations
- Lead research initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate futuristic technologies into core business strategy
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with disruptive potential for our industry
- Present visionary concepts to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for experimental projects

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Expertise in at least three of these domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, Web3 infrastructure, or biotech integration
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- Published thought leadership on technological forecasting or future trends
