Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies with $500M+ market potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with MIT, Stanford, and global research institutes
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and board of directors
- Drive patent development and IP protection for breakthrough innovations
- Mentor next-generation technologists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published research in IEEE Nature or similar tier-1 journals
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding from federal/state grants
- Strong network with DARPA, NSF, and international innovation agencies
