Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections and regulatory landscapes
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and decentralized AI systems
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech into product roadmaps and business strategy
- Establish global standards for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech practices
- Represent InnovateNext at premier tech summits and publish thought leadership on emerging trends
- Build and lead a specialized futurist team with expertise in biotech convergence and neuro-interfaces
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least three of: quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, decentralized AI, or neuro-interfaces
- Published research or patents in future technology domains with citations from IEEE/ACM
- Experience advising Fortune 500 companies on technology disruption scenarios
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurology from Tier 1 institution
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ successful future-tech implementations
