- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype and validate future-forward solutions
- Deliver executive briefings on technology impact and competitive positioning
- Establish strategic alliances with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Author thought leadership content positioning our vision for 2026 technology adoption
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting future technology ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or futurism roles
- Proven track record in forecasting technology adoption curves
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Executive-level communication and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation forums
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or related field; PhD preferred
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
