Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop and maintain technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution
- Conduct competitive analysis and disruption threat assessments
- Design strategic frameworks for AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology integration
- Present technology scenarios to executive stakeholders and boards
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Guide organizational adaptation to technological paradigm shifts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in emerging technology commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation
- Experience with scenario planning and disruption modeling
- Published thought leadership on future technology trends
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
