Qualifications

- Proven track record implementing bias mitigation strategies in production AI systems
- Expertise in regulatory compliance for high-stakes AI applications
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate ethical principles into technical requirements
- Certification in AI ethics (e.g., IEEE Ethically Aligned Design) preferred
- Experience working with autonomous systems and generative AI technologies
