Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology foresight strategies for quantum computing adoption and post-quantum security protocols
- Lead research initiatives in next-gen AI alignment, ethical machine learning, and human-AI collaboration systems
- Architect sustainable technology frameworks for carbon-negative data centers and circular economy tech stacks
- Partner with venture capital arm to identify and integrate breakthrough startups into core product ecosystem
- Present technology roadmaps to executive board and investor stakeholders with compelling data visualizations
- Establish industry thought leadership through white papers, conference keynotes, and patent applications
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Futuristic Technology with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record in developing post-quantum security frameworks or next-gen AI architectures
- Deep expertise in decentralized technologies (Web3, blockchain, distributed ledgers)
- Experience with neuro-interfacing systems or human-computer augmentation technologies
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into executive-level strategic narratives
- Certifications in Quantum Computing (IBM Qiskit, Microsoft Quantum) or AI Ethics (DeepMind, OpenAI)
- Published research in Nature/Science journals or top-tier AI/quantum conferences
