Responsibilities
- Analyze and report on emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) with 2026 market impact
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario planning for 5-10 year horizons
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive presentations
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry experts
- Integrate future insights into product roadmaps and corporate strategy
- Mentor junior innovation specialists and cultivate foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or Social Sciences; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future trends into business strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology or futurism
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Experience building foresight frameworks in tech-driven organizations
