Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology leadership with proven track record in disruptive innovation
- Expertise in quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or synthetic biology domains
- Strategic foresight certification or equivalent scenario planning experience
- Successful delivery of $5M+ R&D initiatives with measurable market impact
