Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology R&D with 5+ years in strategic leadership
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Proven track record delivering commercialized AI/quantum solutions
- Expertise in emerging tech forecasting and scenario planning
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience securing SBIR/STTR grants and venture capital funding
