Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligning quantum computing, neural interfaces, and decentralized AI with market demands
- Lead cross-functional workshops identifying disruptive technologies requiring strategic investment
- Produce annual 'Tech Horizon Reports' analyzing emerging risks and opportunities for 2026 adoption
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-tech strategies into corporate planning cycles
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring 2026-readiness across 15+ industry verticals
- Present findings at global tech summits and publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in emerging technology strategy with documented impact on 2025+ initiatives
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Futures Research, or Quantum Systems Engineering
- Published research on at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuro-symbolic AI, or decentralized governance
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Delphi Method) and predictive modeling
- Track record of securing $50M+ budgets for experimental technology programs
- Security clearance eligibility for classified next-gen computing projects
- Fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
