Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) and their market implications
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption
- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for disruptive tech landscapes
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Manage a $5M+ innovation budget for pilot projects and R&D initiatives
- Build and mentor a high-performing team of technology futurists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or corporate innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year tech roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Exceptional communication and presentation abilities for executive audiences
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Certification in technology management or strategic planning preferred
