- Conduct competitive landscape analysis for future-proofing our portfolio
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven insights
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year tech roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR)
- Strong background in product lifecycle management for complex systems
- Executive communication skills with ability to translate vision into actionable plans
- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Strategy
- Certification in Strategic Innovation Management preferred
