Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026-2030, aligning with company vision and market evolution
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, advanced AI) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives bridging R&D, product development, and market expansion
- Conduct horizon scanning and scenario planning to anticipate technological disruptions and competitive shifts
- Present strategic roadmaps and investment recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia for technology scouting
- Mentor technology leadership team on future-focused methodologies and exponential thinking frameworks
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or C-suite technology leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable business impact
