Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology roadmap with measurable milestones
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI, quantum computing, and biotech solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government labs
- Present vision to C-suite and board with data-driven impact projections
- Mentor emerging talent through our Future Leaders program
- Secure $50M+ in innovation grants and venture capital
- Publish annual 'State of 2026 Technology' whitepapers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in emerging tech: AI, quantum computing, or synthetic biology
- PhD or equivalent in relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Bioengineering)
- Published thought leadership in top-tier journals/conferences
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 500+ members
- Fluency in Mandarin, Arabic, or Spanish (for global partnerships)
- Valid US security clearance (or ability to obtain)
