Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology roadmap with focus on AI ethics, quantum integration, and human-computer symbiosis
- Lead cross-functional innovation pods developing next-gen solutions in AR/VR, biotech interfaces, and climate-tech
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global tech consortia for R&D acceleration
- Drive adoption of emerging technologies through executive briefings and stakeholder alignment
- Mentor a diverse team of futurists, engineers, and designers in rapid prototyping cycles
- Monitor geopolitical tech trends and regulatory landscapes to ensure compliance and competitive advantage
- Present annual technology vision to C-suite and board with measurable impact metrics
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Proven track record scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to global implementation
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging domains: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or decentralized systems
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent industry innovation credentials
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical futures to diverse audiences
- Published thought leadership in tech journals (e.g., Nature Futures, IEEE Spectrum) or equivalent impact
- Experience managing $10M+ innovation budgets and cross-continental R&D teams
- Portfolio of at least three commercialized technologies with measurable societal impact
