Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap integrating quantum computing, AI governance, and climate tech
- Lead cross-functional teams of physicists, data scientists, and UX designers
- Develop patent-pending solutions for ethical AI deployment and sustainable tech
- Present findings at global tech summits including Davos and Web Summit
- Mentor emerging talent through our Future Leaders program
- Collaborate with academic partners (Stanford, MIT, ETH Zurich)
- Drive innovation sprints for next-gen human-machine interfaces
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in R&D leadership with 3+ future-tech initiatives
- Published research in Nature, Science, or IEEE journals
- Expertise in quantum algorithms, neural network optimization, or ethical AI frameworks
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding or grants
- Track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing platforms
- Global speaking experience at major tech conferences
