Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-ready AI frameworks integrating quantum computing, neural networks, and predictive analytics
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing immersive AR/VR experiences for industrial and consumer applications
- Develop ethical AI governance protocols for autonomous systems and biometric interfaces
- Partner with academic institutions to pioneer neuro-ergonomic human-computer interaction models
- Drive sustainability initiatives by optimizing AI systems for energy efficiency and circular tech principles
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Engineering, or related field with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in quantum machine learning, neuromorphic computing, or spatial computing
- Proven track record of launching AI products with >$10M ARR
- Published research in IEEE Nature or peer-reviewed journals on human-AI symbiosis
- Certification in AI Ethics (IEEE, ACM) and quantum algorithms (IBM, Google)
- Experience with agile development in regulated industries (healthcare, aerospace, defense)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
